This small- to medium-sized extrusion blow moulding machine operates smoothly on an automated production line. Its workflow is clear and efficient: First, plastic granules are heated and melted, then extruded through a screw to form a suspended tubular parison. The mold then rapidly moves horizontally and closes, precisely clamping the parison. Immediately thereafter, a blow needle is inserted, injecting high-pressure air, causing the hot parison to expand instantly and fit tightly against the mold’s cold inner wall. After a brief cooling period to set the shape, the mold opens, and a complete hollow plastic container is automatically ejected, ready for the next cycle.
