This video demonstrates the complete workflow of a small plastic blow moulding machine. First, plastic granules are added to a hopper, heated and melted, and then extruded through a screw to form a tubular parison. The mold is then quickly closed, and high-pressure air is instantly injected, inflating the softened parison and cooling it against the mold wall to set its shape. Finally, the mold opens, and a formed plastic bottle is removed, with excess flash trimmed. The entire process is automated, efficient, and continuous.
